Women lead across our great state. Some are in the pulpit. Some chair their local church board. Several are on our State Board. Some are called pastors. Some are called teachers.
All are called our sisters in the faith.
The following series of articles help to provide a wider context and deeper conversation for a subject that has been relatively assumed for much of the Church of God for much of our history. Women have always held significant roles of leadership in the Church of God from the pulpit to the classroom to the mission field to any place needing servant-leaders.
These articles are a great place to continue to expand your own thinking. After reading them why not get in touch with us? We’d love to think, process, and pray with you.
And if you are a woman called by God then let this site be a source of encouragement and inspiration. You are WELCOME to LEAD in the CHURCH OF GOD in COLORADO!
“In the last days,” God says, “I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
Even on my servants,
both men and women,
I will pout our my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.”
